What is included and not included in the price?

Included:
• Cabin accommodation
• Meals 3 times a day at the ship's restaurant
• Access to the 7 themed zones and all main facilities (water slides, pools, roller coaster, kids club, theatre shows)
• Port charge

Not included:
• Wifi (available to buy on the cruise)

Question 2

Are there charges to pay on board?

Accepted Answer

The port charge (about RM194 per person) is already included in the displayed booking price. You only pay for optional extras like wifi and other onboard services.

For payment, when you board you register a credit/debit card or leave a cash deposit to set up a cashless account. Everything you spend on board is charged to that account.

Question 3

How much is the deposit and can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Pay just a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance can be paid in instalments and must be settled 130 days before the sailing date.

Can I cancel or change my date?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel or change, but a charge applies, and the amount depends on when you submit the request. You can read the Payment & Cancellation Policy for more details.

Question 5

Is this cruise for everyone, or Muslims only?

Accepted Answer

Open to everyone, anyone can join. The package, price and facilities are the same for all passengers. Let us know your dietary needs when booking so we can arrange it ahead of time.

Question 6

What food is served? Is it halal?

Accepted Answer

Disney Adventure is not halal-certified like Genting Dream or Star Voyager. Halal meat is available in the main dining room, but must be requested in advance (5 weeks before sailing). If halal matters to you, Genting Dream or Star Voyager (both halal-certified) are a better fit.

What is the difference between cabin types? How many people fit in one cabin?

There are 3 cabin types:
• Inside: no window, most budget-friendly
• Oceanview: has a window, sea view
• Verandah: has its own balcony, the most comfortable choice

Inside is the cheapest, Verandah the most comfortable. One cabin fits a maximum of 4 people. The 3rd and 4th person share the same cabin, and the exact price per person shows when you pick your dates. Children and infants also count as one person each.

Can I go solo?

You can. The cabin price is just calculated for 2 people, because one cabin has a minimum of 2. You only pay the port charge for one person.

Can I get a room next to my family?

Accepted Answer

We will put in a request for nearby rooms, but the final arrangement is decided by the cruise line, so it cannot be guaranteed. Tip: book the same cabin type for a better chance of being on the same deck.

Question 10

How long does the cruise stop at ports? Can I go ashore?

Accepted Answer

It does not stop at any port. All Disney Adventure routes are high seas type, the ship sails in open water and returns to Singapore, so there is no stop to get off and explore. Instead, all activities and entertainment happen fully on board throughout the trip.

Where do I board, and how do I get there? What time does the cruise depart?

Accepted Answer

All Disney Adventure sailings depart from and return to Marina Bay Cruise Centre, Singapore.

Departure times vary by route, so the full address and exact times will be in the e-ticket we share close to your sailing date. You need to check in and be at the terminal 2-3 hours before departure.

Transport to the terminal and back is your own arrangement, and we suggest pre-booking both as terminals get busy during boarding and disembarkation.

Is it suitable for children and infants?

Very suitable, this is truly a cruise for families. There is the "it's a small world" nursery (6 months to 3 years), Disney Oceaneer Club (3 to 10 years), Edge for tweens and Vibe for teens, plus water slides and swimming pools. The 3rd and 4th person share the same cabin, and infants also count as one person in the cabin. The exact price per person shows when you pick your dates.

Can pregnant women and infants go on the cruise?

Yes. For safety reasons, only these 2 categories are not allowed to sail:
• Pregnant 24 weeks or more at the sailing date
• Infants under 6 months

Question 14

Do I need a passport to board?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a passport is required for everyone including children and infants. Even though the ship does not stop at any foreign port, it still passes through international waters, and the passport is also used to confirm your booking. Make sure it is valid at least 6 months from the return date.

Question 15

I am worried about seasickness. What can I do?

Accepted Answer

Disney Adventure is among the largest ships in the world (over 200,000 tonnes), so it is very stable and most people feel nothing. If you are sensitive, bring seasickness medication and choose a cabin in the middle of the ship. The onboard clinic also has medication.
