Guesthouse is almost like Boutique Hotels in Malaysia. It still has private room and toilet.

Yes, pay the deposit first, RM250 for backpacker package or RM500 for premium & budget packages.
Full payment must be settled 45 days before trip departure.
Malaysian citizen does not need to make visa to Korea. You will get it during ‘on arrival’.
Non Malaysian citizen need to apply visa at the embassy of their country. This process need to be settled by themselves.
